Atlassian has announced that Jira Service Desk is now called Jira Service Management: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management. JSM is the next generation of JSD and includes OpsGenie built into every Cloud edition. Other new features from recent acquisitions (such as Insight asset management & Halp) are coming soon.
